A parent/guardian or adult family representative must attend a virtual conference with their child's teacher. Conferences are scheduled in 15-minute intervals. Please complete a form for each child enrolled at DLH Academy and we will notify you of your appointment time. If you need a longer conference time, a separate appointment will be made.
We encourage children to attend the virtual conference as well! We have included a different aspect to our parent/teacher conferences. Students will have the opportunity to share what they have learned so far and share the goals that they have set for this year. The student will be in charge for the first couple of minutes to share with you their strengths and areas for improvement. Self-assessment is an important part of learning for students. We want to teach students how to take ownership and responsibility for their learning.
